十二屆全國(guó)人大四次會(huì)議舉行記者會(huì),邀請(qǐng)教育部部長(zhǎng)袁貴仁就“教育改革和發(fā)展”的相關(guān)問(wèn)題回答中外記者的提問(wèn)。他表示切實(shí)提高鄉(xiāng)村教師待遇,對(duì)鄉(xiāng)村教師都進(jìn)行生活補(bǔ)助。
袁貴仁表示,去年國(guó)務(wù)院印發(fā)了《鄉(xiāng)村教師支持計(jì)劃》,對(duì)鄉(xiāng)村教師隊(duì)伍建設(shè)做了全面的部署。當(dāng)前,我們正在積極推動(dòng)落實(shí)這個(gè)計(jì)劃提出的各項(xiàng)重點(diǎn)任務(wù):
第一,統(tǒng)一城鄉(xiāng)教師編制標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。因?yàn)檫^(guò)去城市的生師比編制標(biāo)準(zhǔn)高,農(nóng)村低,首先要統(tǒng)一。而且要結(jié)合農(nóng)村教育的特點(diǎn),要有和城市一樣的生師比,除了生師比之外,還有一些規(guī)模較小的學(xué)校和村小,還要參照班師比。
第二,要拓展農(nóng)村鄉(xiāng)村教師的來(lái)源渠道,多方面的源源不斷地為鄉(xiāng)村教師充實(shí)新生力量。
第三,切實(shí)提高鄉(xiāng)村教師待遇。這項(xiàng)工作在幾年前已經(jīng)在連片集中貧困地區(qū)做了安排,惠及了幾十萬(wàn)名鄉(xiāng)村教師。這次要對(duì)所有的鄉(xiāng)村教師都進(jìn)行生活補(bǔ)助。
